Delivery Information

A flat shipping rate of £9.60 will apply to all orders irrespective of unit quantity per order. We can only deliver to mainland UK - reason for this is that our couriers who will carry lengths over 1 metre do no facilitate coverage to Highlands, Channel Isles or Ireland, unfortunately.

We are looking at VENETIAN 7-10 working days, CELLULAR/PLEATED/ROLLER 7-10 working days turnaround time in supplying your bespoke perfect fit blind, we are currently working within the Covid distancing rules and our production line logistics are handicapped by this which means turnaround times are a little longer than we would wish. If we can see any problems occurring around your order we will of course be straight in touch and update you of the situation. We would just ask that you afford us the fact that a working day does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery will be via one of our courier companies and will require a signature, where possible a work address is probably the most efficient logistic link based on many years of experience. As it is very hard for the parcel companies to hide a tube length parcel in a safe place, it tends to stick out like a sore thumb, therefore more often than not they will not just leave it lying around outside.

We want you to get your purchase within the shortest of time scale that can be allowed for, rest assured of that but please bear with us whilst we produce your made to measure perfect fit blind.
